飲みながらもう一品欲しい時にオイルサーディン缶はホントに重宝します。今夜はパスタにアレンジ。
材料
- オイルサーディン缶
- オリーブオイル
- にんにく
- 鷹の爪
- パスタ
- 塩
- 粗挽き黒胡椒
分量は適当です。酒のツマミなので塩とオイルは強め。
作り方
多めのオリーブオイルにニンニクを入れて弱火で炒めます。隣でパスタを茹で始めます。塩は強めで。
